In any restaurant in the Superba that offers Genoese cuisine you can taste traditional dishes that will amaze you, if you are passing through, or will take you back in time if you are Genoese and have no longer had the opportunity to eat what your grandmothers used to prepare for you.

You can find it at the height of the Galata Museo del Mare.

L'Acciughetta is practically a cooking laboratory with a very small room attached and a large outdoor area in the square.

Tiflis Restaurant, we are in the historic center of Genoa, in that area of the "Caruggi" rich in history where the stones, if you know how to listen to them, speak.

The area is that of S. Agostino and oozes curiosity, not far from the place is the famous Pozzo di Giano where the origin of Genoa is said to be hidden.

We are at the Cotton warehouses on the sea side.

Upon entering the venue, you immediately notice how La Goletta Seaside has a specific characteristic, which is also highlighted by the large counter, the “Botanic Bar”. In the venue, there are 2 distillers and “22 unique recipes”, for special cocktails that we will definitely try again.

It is easy to imagine that aperitif time is the strong point for La Goletta Seaside, where creativity and excellent ingredients reign supreme.

Tripperia la Casana

You enter and are enveloped in history.

Inside, Genoese flooring, barrel-vaulted ceilings, walls with white majolica tiles as well as the ronfò, lined with small brown majolica tiles, then the gaze falls on the large hood above the copper pots.

Tripperia la Casana Bottega Storica is as welcoming as it was fifty years ago, when the Genoese used to sit on stools to have a snack on the beautiful wooden tables with the characteristic marble top, original from the early twentieth century.

If you are a tripe fan, this is not to be missed.
